Chimelong Hotel Room Booking Guide (PRICAI 2026)

To book a room at Chimelong Hotel for the conference period, please submit a booking email. Consecutive-night stays in the same room can be combined into a single payment; if multiple rooms are paid for by the same person, they can be settled in one transaction. Please indicate in the email the name of each guest, the check-in and check-out dates, and the room type requested. The email must include all the information specified below together with the corresponding remittance receipt. The room reservation can only be confirmed after the hotel receives the payment and verifies that the funds have arrived.

Booking Information to Include in Your Email

1. Check-in and check-out dates (e.g., check in on 16 November 2026 and check out on 20 November 2026);
2. Full name(s) of all guest(s) — Domestic participants: please provide the legal Chinese name as shown on the ID card; Overseas participants: please provide the legal name as shown on the passport;
3. Room type requested — please indicate whether you prefer a King Room or a Twin Room. The hotel will arrange the rooms on a priority basis according to your request; if King Rooms are fully booked, a Twin Room will be arranged instead;
4. Remittance receipt — attached proof of your payment.
